2026 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR)
Competed in four meets for NSU…posted season-best times of 1:08.32 in the 400 meters and 2:42.04 in the 800 meters at the Embry-Riddle Running Elements meet…also competed in both events at the NSU Shark Invitational…contributed to the 4x400 relay team with a fifth-place finish at the NSU Shark Invitational and a sixth-place finish at the Tampa Spartans Open.
2025 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Appeared in six meets... ran a personal best in the 400 meters (1:03.15s) at the SSC Championships.
2024 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Appeared in six meets... ran a personal best in the 800 meters (2:33.46) and 1,500 meters (5:27.03).
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended and ran cross country and track at Harmony High School.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Hector and Maria Medina... has two siblings, Samuel and Amelia... majoring in Exercise and Sport Science... most memorable athletic achievement was medaling in the 2023 HOKA FLRUNNERS Invitational after running another meet the night prior... likes NSU the most because of the small class sizes and the professors' dedication to their students.
