AS A SENIOR (2016)
Competed in the long jump and 400m hurdles…saw a seasons-best in the long jump at the USF invitational with 4.66 meters…The best 400m hurdles time came at the Miami Alumni Invitational with a time of 1:10.30.
AS A JUNIOR (2015)
Competed in six events, primarily in the 400m hurdles...Had her best time of the season and her career in that event at 1:07.31, taking eighth at the Miami Hurricane Invitational...Placed ninth at the Peach Belt Conference Championship.
AS SOPHOMORE (2014)
Competed in seven events…Posted a season best 1:02.26 in the 400-meters…Competed in the 100H with a season best 17.95…Had a season best 1:07.66 in the 400H…Best leap in long jump was 4.85m…Best time in 4x400m was 4:08.43…Had a season best in 4x100 with 47.96.
AS A FRESHMAN (2013)
At the Peach Belt Conference Championships, Foster competed in the long jump and came in ninth with a leap of 4.95-meters...In the 400-meter dash, she came in 13th with a time of 1:05.45...She came in seventh in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:08.13.

Ran track for four seasons and also played basketball for three years at Nova HS.
