AS A SOPHMORE (2014)
Howell competed in seven events…Named to the 2014 Sunshine State Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Recognized by the United State Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association as an All-South Region honoree…Completed the 800-meters in 2:19.64…Best time in the 1500m was 4:51.41…Best time in the 5000m was 19:04.48… Best time in the 3000 steeple was 11:29.32.

AS A FRESHMAN (2013)
Howell earned All-Region honors at the Peach Belt Conference championships in the steeplechase, coming in second with a time of 11:56.21. She also competed in the 1,500- meter run where she came in seventh with a time of 4:58.71. 

PREVIOUS SCHOOL 
Attended the University of Georgia for a year.

HIGH SCHOOL 
Ran cross country and track for four years at North Gwinnett High School…Finished eleventh in the state in cross country and finished fifth in the state in the 800 meter run.

PERSONAL
