Ronyak joins the Shark coaching staff after spending one season, 2016, at Nova Southeastern. Prior to playing for NSU, she spent two seasons at the University of North Alabama.
In her sole season, she was named to the 2016 All-SSC Newcomer Team and was one of just two Sharks to play in all 31 matches during the season. She ranked second on the team in kills (364) and kills per set (2.87), while recording 11 double-doubles on the season, second-most on the team, including five in a row from Sept. 23-Oct. 4. Ronyak set career highs with 21 kills (her first of two 20-kill matches) and a .370 attack percentage in a 3-2 road win over Lynn (9/16/16). On Oct. 14, she had arguably the best game of her career against Valdosta State when she collected 20 kills and 17 digs and was just one assist short of a triple-double.
