AS A FRESHMAN (2022)
Has appeared in three matches in her first season as a Shark. Smith has played four sets, recording three kills and two service aces. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Played volleyball for four years at Rock Hill HS... ranked #1 in Texas and #2 in the US for hitting % her senior year... named to the All-District 1st Team, TCGA Academic All-State, Academic All-District, and RHHS Athlete of the Month her senior year.

PERSONAL
Daughter of Brian and Jill Smith, and has one sibling, Garrett... majoring in marine biology... most memorable athletic achievements are going to the playoffs in 2021, getting to go to USAV Nationals (15s & 18s year), and being awarded MVP for her high school... spent time helping out at Feed My Starving Children, Soup Mobile, Food Pantry, Grace Bridge Donation Center, and Miracle League... picked NSU because of how much the university gives back to the community... the most influential people in her life would be her family, friends, and coaches because they supported her throughout her life, and have been the backbone she has needed to help her succeed.
