Armin Hornikel has been named NSUSharks.com Athlete of the Week for his performance at the NCAA Swimming and Diving National Championship. He was the most decorated swimmer for NSU, locking in three All-America and four Honorable Mention All-America selections. In the 50-yard freestyle, 200-yard breaststroke and as a member of the 400- free relay team, Hornikel was selected as an All-American. He garnered Honorable Mention All-America status in the 200-yard medley relay, 200- free relay, 400- medley relay and 100- breast.
