Albertazzi and the top-ranked Nova Southeastern women's golf team swept both the individual and team titles last Tuesday at the Lady Moc Classic. As a team, the Sharks fired a final-round score of even-par 288 to edge No. 5 Barry by one stroke, while Albertazzi herself erased a two-shot deficit over the final 18 holes to hold off the nation's No. 1 player in Tampa's Kiira Riihijarvi for her first career victory. The Sharks have now won consecutive tournaments to open the season, and each of the past three Lady Moc Classic's overall. The freshman's 54-hole total of (-11) 205 marks the second lowest in program history, trailing only Taylor Collins, who carded a (-13) 203 through the first three rounds of the 2011 NCAA Division II Championship. Albertazzi currently ranks No. 2 in the country.
