Jennie Von Doellen (Jr., Hudson Bay, Canada) pitched lights out for the Sharks this past weekend. In 27.2 innings pitched, she struck out 34 batters and allowed just three earned runs, finishing with a staggering 0.98 era.

Von Doellen pitched three complete games for NSU. She also came in the top of the eighth inning against Colorado Christian with the game tied at 3-3 and pitched two shutout innings, allowing no hits and striking three, to help lead the Sharks to a 4-3 win.
