Melanie Spicola (Sr., Umatilla, Fla.) led her team on offense in the Eckerd College Tournament this past weekend. Spicola reached base consistently, holding an on base percentage of .429. She recorded five hits in 13 at bats and drew one walk. Her strong play helped the Sharks earn three wins, including one over No. 5 Armstrong Atlantic.
