Talyn Washington won the Peach Belt Conference men's track honor after he beat all collegiate runners and placed second overall with a time of 46.89 in the 400-meter dash. Provisionally qualified for nationals already, Washington is now under four tenths of a second off the automatic qualifying time. He currently holds the best time in all of NCAA Division II, while only five NCAA DI runners have topped his time this season. Washington also led the Sharks to top-three finishes in the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relays.
