FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. –
Nova Southeastern men’s basketball will look to improve its record to 2-0 as they take on the Johnson & Wales Wildcats Monday, Nov. 15 at the NSU Arena at the Don Taft University Center at 7:30 p.m.

The Sharks are coming off a dramatic homecoming win against Warner this past Friday, 85-83. The Sharks seemed to have control of the game down the stretch, but a series of Warner three-pointers gave the Royals the final possession with seven seconds remaining. The Sharks played clutch defense and forced Warner’s Brennan Taylor to take a contested three-point shot at the buzzer that missed wide.

Shark fans came out in full force Friday evening, setting a program record at the NSU Arena at the Don Taft University Center with 708 fans in attendance.

In the game, Alex Gynes (Sr., Nowra, Australia) started his season off by setting career-highs with 24 points and 10 rebounds. Robert Huntington (Jr., Perth Australia) followed behind with 14 points on 5-for-8 shooting from the field.

Fans unable to attend the game can follow the Sharks via live video and audio HERE. Live stats will also be available HERE.
