BOCA RATON, Fla. – The No. 3 Nova Southeastern women's swimming team cruised to their second straight Sunshine State Conference road win as the Sharks cruised past Lynn, 165.5-39.5 at the McCusker Pool Complex in Boca Raton on Friday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Sharks started with wins in the 400 medley relay with a time of 3:52.10, a few seconds shy of the NCAA standard.
- Emma Sundstedt and Courtney DeVeny led the Sharks with two individual victors apiece.
- Sydney Panzarino and Jenna Johns continue to dominate the sprint events with wins in the 50 and 100 freestyle.
- The Sharks secured the complete sweep of the Knights winning the 200 yard freestyle relay, missing the standard by less than three seconds with a time of 1:36.70.
TOP PERFORMERS:
- Sundstedt claimed the first individual event with a win in the 1650 freestyle with an NCAA B-Cut time, 17:10.34. The freshman then set her second B-Cut time of the day with a win in the 500 freestyle at 5:01.27.
- DeVeny claimed her first win of the day by one and one-hundreth of a second in the 200 indivudal medley with a time of 2:10.55. The senior then claimed first in the 200 backstroke at 2:10.09.
- Panzarino swam the third NCAA standard with yet another first-place finish in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 23.99. Johns added a win in the 100 freestyle with a time of 53.18. Both swimmers also contributed to both wins in the relays.
UP NEXT:
The Sharks will return to Sunshine State Conference competition on Dec. 2 as it hosts Tampa, ranking No. T10 on the men's side and No. T14 on the women's, at the NSU Aquatic Center.
