FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Nova Southeastern University Men's and Women's Swimming teams have announced their 2026-2027 regular season schedules, head coach Ben Hewitt announced Thursday afternoon.

NSU swimming has built a dynasty on the women's side as the Lady Sharks will look to capture a fifth-consecutive NCAA Division II National Championship in March. Both NSU teams begin their seasons on Oct. 3 in a road meet against Lynn in Boca Raton, Fla. 

The Sharks stay on the road for the first month of their schedule, visiting Tampa on Oct. 23 and Rollins the next day on Oct. 24. 

NSU races in its first home event of the calendar for a two-day meet across Nov. 6 and 7. The men will take on Lynn in a home meet, while the women will participate in a tri-meet with both Lynn and Florida International.

The Sharks head on the road to Charlotte, N.C. for the Queens (N.C.) Fall Frenzy in a four day event from Nov. 19 to 22. 

Nova Southeastern has its biggest home event of the calendar in the Shark Invite stretching across Dec. 18 and 19.

NSU begins the 2027 calendar year with back-to-back home meets on Jan. 15 and Jan. 16 against Indian River State College and Keiser, respectively. 

The postseason then gets a taste of the Shark Infested Waters as NSU heads to Clearwater, Fla. to compete in the Sunshine State Conference Championships from Feb. 10 to 14. There is a final nationals qualifying invitiational hosted by Florida Tech on Feb. 20.

The Sharks' women's team looks to make it five in a row and the men look to add on to last season's success in Indianapolis at the IU Natatorium as the host of the 2027 NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving National Championships being held from Mar. 9 to 13.
