th minute to secure the 2-1 victory. Play was halted for several minutes in extra time due to an injury on the field. Once play resumed, the Moccasins took advantage, needing just seconds for Edu Capote to find the back of the net, snapping the Sharks' previous five-game unbeaten streak.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Florida Southern proved to be the better side early in Saturday's match, and jumped into front 1-0 in just the fourth minute after Eneko Lasheras curled a bending shot into the right upper 90 of the goal.
- NSU would right the ship, though, and play its way back into the match in the 29th minute. On the receiving end of a pass from left back Quentin Aguilar, Henrik Berg notched his first goal in a Sharks uniform with a beautiful, one-touch finish.
- The score remained knotted in the 57th minute when a strong run by Michael Lawrence set Sebastian Loibl up for a quality scoring chance. However, the attempt would sail high and out of play.
- The Sharks kept the pressure on the Mocs backline, yet Florida Southern failed to crack. In the 70th minute, Jan Luca Ahillen squared up a right-footed shot, only to have the attempt saved by a diving AJ Pearce. Pearce eventually finished the night with nine saves.
- Nearly 10 minutes later, NSU threatened once again. This time, however, Juanchi's Nunez's bicycle kick attempt missed just over the crossbar.
- As the game headed into extra time still even at 1-1, Florida Southern needed just one scoring opportunity to walk away with the win, as Capote stunned the NSU crowd after connecting from the top of the 18-yard box.
