MIAMI SHORES, Fla. - The Nova Southeastern Sharks Men's Soccer team extended their winning streak to three matches following a 3-1 victory over the Buccaneers of Barry on Wednesday evening. Head Coach Matt Watts has guided NSU to an 8-3-1 record, including 4-3 in Sunshine State Conference action.

HOW IT HAPPENED 
	- The Bucs were able to get on the scoreboard first, taking an early lead with a penalty kick goal in the 14th minute. 
- Milos Christoforou had the first opportunity on net for the Shark turned away, as Barry keeper Nils Buecheler recorded a save.  
- Matty Cornish netted the equalizer in the 29th minute, beating the keeper on a penalty kick.  
- BU played a man down for the remainder of the match beginning in the 37th minute. 
- Nova Southeastern and Barry went into the halftime break tied at 1-1. 
- Aleks Berg recorded the game-winning goal in the 49th minute, giving the Sharks a 2-1 advantage early in the second half. 
- Christoforou capitalized on another opportunity in the final minutes of the game, tallying an insurance goal for the Sharks as NSU took a 3-1 lead. 
- Nova Southeastern keeper Alberto Ciroi turned away two BU opportunities.
