FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - No. 22 Nova Southeastern Sharks maintained their undefeated home mark with a three-set victory over Florida Southern on Thursday evening from the Rick Case Arena. NSU is now 14-0 from the Shark Tank.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Sharks opened the match with all the momentum, scoring the first nine points of the game, to take an early 9-0 lead.
- NSU was the beneficiary of seven consecutive Moccasins errors, as the run was bookended by kills from Emily O'Neil and Elizabeth Price.
- Alex Psoma tallied back-to-back kills to take a 16-7 advantage over FSC in the first set.
- Aleyna Kennel highlighted a 4-0 run to close out the first set with a service ace, as the Sharks took the victory 25-15.
- NSU started the second set with a 4-1 lead, as O'Neil and Julia Bernardes added kills for the Sharks.
- Preslee Brooksbank capped off a brief 3-0 rally by Nova Southeastern by recording a service ace of her own, as the NSU lead extended to 13-6.
- Two more Florida Southern errors, in addition to a kill from Madison Cook, put the Sharks in front 18-8 later in the second set.
- Nova Southeastern closed out the 25-12 set win with a 3-0 run, which was started by a kill from Landrum.
- O'Neil and Bernardes each recorded two kills apiece and gave the Sharks a 4-1 lead to start the third set.
- Florida Southern rallied for four straight points, taking their first lead of the match, 5-4 over NSU.
- The third set was back-and-forth, with FSC taking a 12-10 lead over NSU, before Psoma and Cook tied the set.
- Trailing 19-15, Nova Southeastern rallied to score three consecutive points bringing the score to 19-18. Amanda Hall brought the Sharks within one with a kill.
- Hall later tied the set at 21-21, which started a match-winning, 6-2 run by NSU, as the Sharks swept Florida Southern.
