MIAMI, Fla. – The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Hosted the College National Open Water Championships today at Florida International. Nearly 250 student-athletes, including
Matthew Gush,
Aidan Pflieger, and
Caleb Fell, competed in the 5000m race.
Aidan Pflieger earned a top-20 finish in the event, completing the race in 57:07.76.
Caleb Fell placed 60
th, finishing the ultimate test of endurance in 1:02:09.49.
Matthew Gush recorded a time of 1:04:05.98, placing 73
rd.
The CSCAA Open Water Nationals Event concluded the Sharks 2022 schedule. NSU will be back in the pool on Friday, January 13, at the NSU Aquatic Center.
