FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - The Nova Southeastern Sharks Volleyball team defeated the Florida Southern Mocassins in a highly competitive three-sets, as NSU earned the team's 12th sweep of the season, on Friday evening from the Rick Case Arena.
Taylor Stockman led the way for the Sharks with a match-high 15 kills and added three blocks.

- The Sharks opened up the match on a 6-3 run, following two straight points from Taylor Stockman.
- Kate Mihacevich tallied two straight points for the Sharks and led a 5-2 rally, which featured points from Stockman and Elizabeth Price, giving NSU a 13-8 lead.
- Price and Mihacevich combined to score three straight points for Nova Southeastern, extending the lead to 18-14.
- Olivia Aniol and Stockman teamed up for a block and gave the Sharks the 25-21 opening set win.
- With the Sharks trailing 4-3 in the early moments of the second set, Stockman, Aniol and Price led a 4-0 run, giving NSU a 7-4 lead.
- Florida Southern responded with a 5-0 run, taking a 10-8 advantage, but Stockman and Brittany Landrum tied the set at 10-10 with kills.
- Both SSC foes traded points back-and-forth until Aniol and Stockman led a 5-0 rally to give NSU a 20-15 lead.
- Landrum and Mihacevich tallied the final two kills of the set, giving NSU a 2-0 lead in the match, with a 25-22 second round victory.
