GENEVA, OH. - For the second consecutive year, the No. 3 ranked Nova Southeastern Sharks Women's Swimming team will take home the NCAA Division II National Championship. Led by Head Coach

Emily Trieschmann's dominant performance led NSU to the title for the second straight year, as the Lake Worth native will bring back five national titles - 800 Freestyle Relay, 1000 Freestyle, 200 Freestyle, 500 Freestyle, and 1650 Freestyle - to the sunshine state.
Overall, the Nova Southeastern Sharks Women's Swimming team earned seven individual NCAA national championships en route to the program's second team title.

- Setting a new SSC and NSU record with a time of 16:18.73, Emily Trieschmann won the national championship in the 1650 Freestyle. Following Trieschmann in second place was teammate Hailey Williams, who finished with a time of 16:34.88.
- In the 200 Breaststroke, Emilia Ronningdal made the podium, placing fifth with a time of 2:15.19.
- The group of Ronningdal, Maria Goncalves, Maya Esparza, and Trieschmann took fourth in the 400 Freestyle Relay with a time of 3:21.21.

- Luca Alessandrini took fourth in the 1650 Freestyle with a time of 15:14.81.
- In the 100 Freestyle, Marcel Snitko placed third with a time of 43.19.
- Inigo Marina made the podium, finishing fifth in the 200 Breaststroke.
The NCAA Division II NCAA National Championship win by No. 3 Nova Southeastern concludes their 2023-24 campaign.
