FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - The Nova Southeastern softball team completed their SSC series against PBA on Sunday afternoon from the AD Griffin Sports Complex, taking down the Sailfish 6-1. RBIs from Alexis Smith, Ryleigh Langwell, Alyssa Drogemuller, Aubrey Hutzler, and Gianna Russo led the way for the Sharks.

BOT 1st – An RBI single from Smith got the action started for NSU. Shortly after, Hutzler doubled to left center, bringing Smith home for the second Shark run of the game.
TOP 2nd - PBA answered with a run of their own to cut their deficit to one.
BOT 4th - Langwell hit an RBI single up the middle to tack on another run for NSU.
BOT 5th -The Sharks put three more runs on the board thanks to RBIs from Russo, Drogemuller, and a run scored by Russo, ultimately securing the 6-1 victory over Palm Beach Atlantic.

The Sharks will be back in action Saturday, March 23rd as they head to Americus, GA to take on Georgia Southwestern State in doubleheader action.
