PEMBROKE PINES, FLA. – The #17 Nova Southeastern University Women's Golf team leads through day one of the 2025 Barry Invitational on Monday March 17th. The Sharks (387/394) as a team sit at +33, with Haruka Muta (+4) leading the tournament, as well as Maria Torres in second place (+7) and Lua Pousa Dacasa (+8) tied for third.

- Haruka Muta (73/75) began the tournament by shooting par through the front nine, continuing that pace through all but one hole ending with one bogey on the back nine to close out her first round.
- In round two Muta tallied an eagle and seven pars before the turn, adding in a birdie and three pars as she ended the day four-over.
- Maria Torres (78/73) collected a total of 13 pars in her opening round of the tournament.
- Torres then collected a birdie and 15 birdies in round two, including a stretch of eight in a row to end the day at seven-over.
- Lua Pousa Dacasa (76/76) shot even through the first five holes in her opening round, then added eight pars and a birdie.
- In round two Pousa Dacasa tallied another birdie and 13 pars, finishing eight-over.
- Rosanna Halls (76/88) collected 13 pars and a birdie in her first round, with six pars in round two to complete play at 20-over.
- Ariana Carvalho (84/82) though her two rounds had a total of eight and 11 pars respectively, ending the day 22-over.
