Taydra Simpson set a program record with 10 steals as visiting #10 Nova Southeastern routed Barry 108-56. The Sharks also got 18 points from
Bridie McCann, 12 points apiece from
Celeste Reed and
Hailey Chiles, and 11 points from
Chynna Mattair in the wire-to-wire victory.

The Sharks seized momentum early, as they went up 11-2 after
Kaliyah Morales converted an and-one and then hit a pullup jumper, forcing a Bucanneer timeout. Barry struggled against the Sharks' full-court pressure, as NSU went up 21-6 on a layup from
Unique Horton with just over two minutes remaining. NSU held the Bucs to less than 10 points in the quarter, and they led 27-7 at the end of the first frame.
The second quarter was much of the same, as NSU continued wreaking havoc with the pressure.
Bridie McCann hit back-to-back three pointers for the Sharks, pushing their lead to 39-12. The Bucs briefly cut the deficit to 39-19 at the 5:28 mark on a layup from Kornelia Ignerska, but the Sharks held the Bucs without a point the rest of the quarter. NSU closed the half on a 10-0 run and took a 49-19 halftime lead after
Anaia Hoard put back her own miss. The Sharks forced 26 turnovers in the first half.
NSU pushed the lead past 40 points on
Hailey Chiles' layup at the 4:25 mark on a beautiful assist from Morales. The Sharks went up by 50, 83-33 at the 2:00 mark, as Morales converted an and-one, then hit a three from the wing after
Taydra Simpson made a steal. They led 89-38 at the end of the third, and the lead hovered around 50 points for the rest of the game. NSU crossed into triple digits in the fourth quarter on Hoard's corner three, and the Sharks won 108-56.
