MELBOURNE, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern Women's Soccer team battled back late to earn a 1-1 draw against Florida Tech in Sunshine State Conference action on Saturday night at Rick Stottler Field. Freshman Maja Wee scored the equalizer in the 87th minute off an assist from Olivia Fleurant.

• Florida Tech struck first in the 22nd minute as Charlotte Waibel finished a scoring opportunity off assists from Iselin Brualoekken and Eboni Bradshaw to give the Panthers a 1-0 advantage.
• Following a corner kick opportunity in the 86th minute, Nova Southeastern finally broke through.

The Sharks will be back in action on Tuesday, Sept. 16, as they return home for a Sunshine State Conference matchup against the Lynn University Fighting Knights. The contest will be played at Amerant Bank Field at NSU Soccer Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., with kickoff set for 7 p.m.
