FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern University baseball team (3-4) will play host to Colorado Christian (1-2) on Wednesday night, marking the first time that the two teams will match up in the history of their existence.
 
The Sharks are coming off of a road trip in which they took three-of-four for Alabama-Huntsville, a team that is in the hunt for a NCAA South Region tournament bid year in and year out. Dylan Woods continues to swing a hot bat, extending his hitting streak to seven games to open up his junior campaign.
 
Colorado Christian opened their 2016 season against Webber in Babson Park, Fla., falling to the Warriors 7-5. The Cougars went on to defeat Warner University, 6-4, in Lake Wales on Saturday before losing to Palm Beach Atlantic on Monday, and they will also play Barry on Tuesday afternoon.
