FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern Sharks Women's Tennis team hosted St. Thomas University (NAIA), Flagler and Sunshine State Conference rival University of Tampa at the Rolling Hills Tennis Courts on Friday morning for the first day of the Shark Bite Invite.NSU dominated, winning all their matches in impressive fashion.

Cinacaglini took on Tampa's Axelsson , showcasing her power and precision to win [8-6].

Habekovic battled Tampa's Presley and also secured a [8-4] victory.

Moraes faced Tampa's Eriksson and continued NSU's winning streak, taking her match [8-3].

Sagadiyeva defeated Tampa's Chebli [8-1].

Sofia Shing came up victorious against Tampa's Cierniak [5-0].

Sofia Carpi won her singles match against a St. Thomas's Fullerton [8-3].

Sofia Shing faced another St. Thomas opponent and won in a 2 out of 3 sets match.

NSU continues action at the Shark Bite Invite on Saturday, November 2nd. Nova Southeastern begins doubles action at 10 a.m. and singles competition follows.
