ORLANDO, Fla. -- The league office announced All-Conference honors on Tuesday, and three Sharks were honored. It's the second year in a row that NSU has representatives on the All-Conference teams under the direction of head coach Jonathan Carter. Jillian Thorning, Leena Saidi, and Jordan Stygar each received All-Conference recognition. 

Jillian Thorning, the now two-time SSC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Year and who was also named the SSC Individual Champion, was named to the SSC First Team for the second year in a row. 

Senior Leena Saidi joined Thorning on the First Team, marking her third straight All-Conference honor.

Jordan Stygar, who was recently named the SSC Freshman of the Year and is the first Shark to win the award since 2020-21, was also voted to the SSC Second Team.
