FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- The Nova Southeastern Sharks completed Day One of tri-meet action, as they hosted Florida International and Lynn University on Friday night. The three squads competed in 22 total events, with the second half of the meet continuing on Saturday morning.

- Michael Kent won the 200 yard individual medley with a time of 1:54.97. Kent also came in second in the 50 yard breaststroke.
- The group of Paul Huvet-Pansard, Javier Colmenares, Gabe Rzezwicki and Gavin Lindley placed second in the 200 yard medley relay. Huvet-Pansard also placed second in the 100 yard backstroke (50.73).
- Joshua Parry placed second in the 200 yard butterfly (1:54.02).
- Nicko Peristeridis placed second in the 200 yard breaststroke (2:07.03).
- Rzezwicki placed second in the 50 yard butterfly (21.80).
- Eason Cormack placed second in the 200 yard individual medley (1:57.76).
- The group of Tres Izquierdo, Parry, Huvet-Pansard and Lindley finished second in the 400 yard freestyle relay (3:06.25).
