OCALA, Fla. - The Nova Southeastern Sharks invaded the SSC Championships and left with lots of hardware, as the team had multiple standout performers. Sophomore
Kristina Orban was named the Female Swimmer of the Meet, after setting a new meet record in the 50 yard freestyle and also winning the 100 yard freestyle, 200 yard freestyle and 100 yard butterfly. Orban, along with group mates
Zsofia Kurdi,
Maxine Egner and
Maya Esparza, set a new national record in the 200 yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:30.04, capping yet another spectacular performance. Both the women and men finished in second place out of seven teams, as the women posted a team score of 954.5 total points and the men tallied 605 total points.

(Women)
- The group of Emilia Ronningdal, Zsofia Kurdi, Hailey Williams and Kristina Orban won the 800 yard relay championship with a time of 7:11.17, setting the tone early for the Sharks.
- Hailey Williams was the 1000 yard freestyle champion, winning with a finals time of 9:52.24 and beating the second place swimmer by more than seven seconds. Williams also won the 1650 freestyle (16:39.04) and the 500 yard freestyle (4:49.32).
- Kurdi was the 100 yard breaststroke champion, finishing with a time of 1:01.40.
- Orban won the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 22:30, setting a new SSC meet record. The sophomore also won the 100 yard freestyle (48.97), 200 yard freestyle (1:47.51) and the 100 yard butterfly (52.94).
- The unit of Mollie Morfelt, Hannah Montgomery, Orban and Maya Esparza were the 200 medley relay champions, finishing with a time of 1:39.79.
- Kurdi, Orban, Egner and Esparza's group set the new national record in the 200 yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:30.04.

(Men)
- Gavin Lindley finished second in the 100 yard freestyle, finishing with a time of 43:58.
- Roland Nagy finished second in the 200 yard backstroke with a time of 1:44.86.
- Eason Cormack finished third in the 1650 yard freestyle with a time of 15:28.76.
- Michael Kent placed top five in the 400 yard individual medley, finishing with a time of 3:55.04.
