ORLANDO, Fla. - The Sunshine State Conference announced its weekly award winners for the week of April 6 - April 12, and one Shark was highlighted. Nick Manning was named Baseball Pitcher of the Week.

Nick Manning earned the win in the Sharks' 1-0 shutout of the No. 2 team in the nation and conference leader, Tampa. He pitched 6.2 scoreless innings, allowing just three hits while striking out eight. Manning improved to 6-1 on the season and helped Nova Southeastern hand Tampa its second conference loss of the year. This is the second weekly award Manning has earned during his freshman campaign.
