FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Nova Southeastern volleyball will take on six teams that made last season's NCAA Tournament when it hits the floor in 2026, Nova Southeastern head volleyball coach Matt Geer announced Tuesday afternoon.

The Sharks' schedule features 14 home contests including four in the 2026 edition of the Shark Invitational.

"We'll be facing tough opponents on the road which is critical for us to perform well during conference play," Geer said. "I'm excited for opening weekend to be at home in the Shark Tank to see how the team performs in front of a great home crowd."

NSU opens the season hosting the Shark Invitational which will feature Middle Georgia, UNC-Pembroke and SSC foe Palm Beach Atlantic. The Sharks open the season on August 28 with a double-header against Middle Georgia and UNC-Pembroke.

It will be the Sharks' first ever meeting with the Knights of Middle Georgia while they take on UNC-Pembroke for the first time since 2004. NSU will host Palm Beach Atlantic in a non-conference game to close the invitational.

NSU then hits the road for Parkside, Wisconsin at the Parkside Invitational where it will take on Hillsdale, UW-Parkside, Jamestown and Purdue Northwest. It then returns to South Florida for a trio of contests in Palm Beach County with a doubleheader at Lynn on September 11 against Trevecca Nazarene and Fort Valley State before taking on UIndy the next day at Palm Beach Atlantic's Rubin Arena. They Greyhounds are coming off a trip to the Sweet 16 in last season's NCAA Tournament.

The Sharks begin Sunshine State Conference play on Sept. 18 on the road against Florida Tech. NSU opens SSC home action against Barry the next day on Sept. 19 in the County Line Cup.

Other notable dates include a Halloween clash against Embry-Riddle inside Rick Case Arena.

Senior Day is set for Nov. 14 when the Sharks play host to Tampa. The Spartans are coming off a trip to the NCAA Final Four last season.
