ORLANDO, Fla. – The Sunshine State Conference has released its 2026 Men's Cross Country Preseason Coaches' Poll. Nova Southeastern University was selected to finish fifth in the standings with 45 points.
NSU men's cross country enters the 2026 season looking to make its mark in a competitive Sunshine State Conference. The Sharks will look to a talented group of returning runners, including Marcus Marek Tortorella and Marc Gonzalez, as they prepare for the upcoming campaign.
The Sharks slot into the preseason coaches' poll behind Florida Southern, Embry-Riddle, Tampa and Palm Beach Atlantic. Florida Southern was selected as the preseason favorite, collecting nine first-place votes, while Embry-Riddle received the remaining first-place vote.
