Isabella Lowrey secured a pair of wins in singles for the No. 24 Nova Southeastern women's tennis team, but the 2017 National Champion and third-ranked Barry Buccaneers jumped out to an early lead which led to a 7-2 win over the Sharks on Tuesday afternoon at the NSU Tennis Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED
DOUBLES:
- After a default at No. 3, the Buccaneers swept the doubles matches and took a 3-0 advantage into singles with identical scores of 8-4 at No. 1 and 2.
SINGLES
- Barry claimed the match, keeping their record unblemished following a forfeit at No. 6 and wins at No. 2 and 4.
- Lowrey put the Sharks on the board with a win over Judith Bohnenkamp at No. 5, 6-2, 6-0.
- After the Buccaneers took a win in the top-flight, Obando finished the match following a straight-set win over Division I transfer, Hannah Seizer, at No. 3, 6-4, 7-5.
