HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • No. 14 West Florida (-1) took over the top spot on the leaderboard thanks to a round of four-over par on Monday. The Argonauts have little margin for error, though, as No. 16 Saint Leo (E) sits just one shot of the pace, with top-ranked Georgia Southwestern (+1) a mere two back.
  • No. 6 Columbus State remains within striking distance in fourth at five-over par, while No. 2 Barry rounds out the Top-5 at seven-over par.
  • Georgia Southwestern's Vincent Norrman remains the individual leader through 36 holes at six-under par, two shots in front of West Florida's Harry Butler (-4).
  • Millet carded a round of (+6) 78 to begin the tournament on Sunday, yet found his rhythm in the second round – especially on the front nine. Opening on the back, the Spaniard shot one-over par through the first nine holes before rattling off a bogey-free (-4) 32 on the front en route to a round of (-3) 69. Millet's 50-place improvement now lands him in a tie for 24th at three-over par for the tournament.
  • Mike Hay played a clean back nine in the morning, registering a bogey-free 34. The freshman ran into a bit of trouble on the front, though, with four straight bogeys to finish the day with a round of (+2) 74. Now five-over par through two rounds, Hay stands tied for 40th.
  • Following an opening-round 77, Emanuel Olofsson sliced off three shots on his score in Monday's round, landing the freshman in a tie for 57th at seven-over par.
  • One shot behind Olofsson is Daniel Celestino, who currently owns a share of 61st, while Victor Jimenez will head into the final round tied for 71st at 11-over par.
STATS OF THE DAY:
  • Millet's combined seven birdies leads the team through the first two rounds.
  • Monday's scoring average of 75.13 was 0.16 shots higher than round one.
BEYOND THE SCORECARD:
  • Ten of the 18 teams competing this week currently rank among the nation's Top-25, according to Golfstat.
