ORLANDO, FL. – The #14 ranked Nova Southeastern University Men's Golf finished in eighth place (+18/387/378/364) at the Citrus Intercollegiate Invitational. Bruno Marques (-12) led the Sharks in an impressive week, finishing in second place individually.

Bruno Marques (-12/69/69/66) totaled his best round of the tournament on Tuesday morning, on the front nine Marques totaled three birdies and five pars after a bogey on the first hole. Marques hit the turn and collected four birdies and five pars. Marques finished the tournament 12-under, with the second most birdies of all competitors.

Elias Mardeni (+8/78/75/71) put together his best round of the week, after a bogey on the first hole, he finished the front nine even with a birdie on the fourth hole. Mardeni added three birdies and five pars on the back nine, as he finished the tournament eight-over.

Ivan Ponsdomenech (+12/84/72/72) began the final round by shooting par or better on the first five holes with a birdie, adding three pars to the round total as he hit the turn. Ponsdomenech completed the round with an even back nine, tallying a birdie on the 18th. Ponsdomenech finished the tournament 12-over.

Jorge Berea (+14/76/77/77) opened his third round by totaling six pars on the front nine, on the back nine Berea collected two birdies and four pars, as he finished the tournament 14-over.

Erik Plenge (+27/80/85/78) totaled a birdie and five pars at the beginning of his final round. After a bogey on hole 10, Plenge shot bogey free for the remainder of the round as he finished the tournament 27-over.
