DAVIE, Fla. - The sixth-ranked Nova Southeastern Sharks Men's Golf team began play at the NCAA Division II South/Southeast Regional Tournament on Thursday afternoon from the Grande Oaks Golf Club. NSU currently sits in 14th place (+3), six strokes off the qualifying line for the national championship.

Individual Leader – Andrew Riley, Palm Beach Atlantic (-9)

Results 

Joseba Torres shot an even-par on the opening round, recording four birdies. 

Josep Serra had a strong performance on the course, also shooting par, and recording a pair of birdies.  

Michael Hay finished at (+1), notching a pair of birdies, and ending his afternoon with a birdie and three consecutive pars on the final four holes.  

Will O'Neill (+2) recorded par on 14 holes and added a birdie on 17.  

Daniel Celestino shot a (+8) for the first round.  

The second round of the NCAA South/Southeast regional tees off at 7:30 a.m., with the Sharks beginning their round at 9:10 a.m.
