PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – The Womens' Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced its All-Region Teams with Nova Southeastern earning one honoree.

Alex Remaklus, after winning the SSC Individual Championship, and being named to the WGCA Division II All-Freshman Team, has added being named to the WGCA Division II All-South Region Team to her accolades.

Remaklus was also named a WGCA All-American Honorable Mention.

Remaklus adds the honor to a long list of awards for the freshman from Clermont, Fla. She has already been named the Sunshine State Conference's Freshman of the Year and was named to the All-SSC First Team.

She finished her season with a national ranking of 21^st and a regional ranking of 12^th securing two wins and two top-three finishes in her rookie season. She went 555-214-21 against all other Division II golfers in the competitions NSU competed in.
