MIAMI SHORES, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern women's tennis team closed off the tournament and its Fall schedule on Sunday at the Buccaneer Tennis Center, on the final day of competition at the Buccaneer Invitational.
Doubles Play
In doubles Flight B, the sophomore tandem of
Celia Montero Estevan (Santiago de Compostella, Spain) and
Diane Follin-Arbelet (Lyon, France) earned a 6-4 victory over Flagler's Anka Nissen and Amelie Vossgaetter.
Singles Play
Senior
Sarah Wardenburg (Waikato, New Zealand) wrapped up with a flight win, defeating ASA College's Ji Youn Lee, 6-1, 6-0. In Flight B singles, Montero Estevan also defeated Aleksandra Buczynska. In flight D singles, junior
Ivana Djordjevic (Novi Sad, Serbia) also defeated Kaiser's Ana Gomez in three sets, 6-0, 3-6, 10-7.

Sarah Wardenburg. I thought she played her best singles match thus far and it was a great way for her to end her last fall campaign winning her singles flight!
