DADE CITY, FL. – The Nova Southeastern University Women's Golf team began play at the Saint Leo Invitational on Monday morning, through two rounds the Sharks have placed inside the top-5 (+15) led by
Mei Chan (+4).

- Mei Chan (74/74) began the tournament with four consecutive pars, shooting even through the front nine with a birdie, Chan added seven pars to her total on the back nine, with five consecutive to finish the round. In the second round Chan birdied the fourth hole with a total of seven pars on the front nine, after the turn Chan tallied seven pars to finish her day four-over.
- Lua Pousa Dacasa (76/73) tallied a birdie and five pars on the front nine of her opening round, after the turn Pousa Dacasa began to heat up, totaling eight pars on the back nine. Pousa Dacasa began her second round by totaling two birdies and four pars, on the back nine Pousa Dacasa collected three birdies and four pars as she finished the day five-over.
- Ariana Carvalho (74/75) began her day with six consecutive pars, hitting the turn and tallied two birdies and six additional pars. On the front nine in the second round, Carvalho added two birdies and five pars to her total. Carvalho shot par on six of the final nine holes of the day, finishing at five-over.
- Alexandra Remaklus (80/70) opened her tournament with six pars on the front nine, collecting a birdie and four pars to finish the round. Remaklus was fantastic in the second round, tallying two birdies and a par on the first three holes, adding two pars and a birdie as she hit the turn. Remaklus carried the momentum into the back nine, shooting bogey free with two birdies. Finishing the day six-over.
- Maria Torres Lobato (75/85) began her first round by shooting par or better on eight consecutive holes, on the back nine Torres Lobato added five pars and a birdie to her total. Torres Lobato totaled six pars and two birdies through the second round, finishing the day 16-over.
