LAKELAND, Fla. – The #12 Nova Southeastern University Women's Golf team wrapped up play at the Lady Moc Classic finishing in tenth place (+58/390/397/379). Alexandra Remaklus (+12) led the Sharks with a top-20 finish.

RESULTS
- Alexandra Remaklus (+12/77/75/76) opened the tournament by collecting 13 pars through her opening round. In the second round Remaklus tallied four consecutive pars to begin the round, adding three more before the turn, on the back nine Remaklus recorded three birdies and three pars. In the final round Remaklus totaled 12 pars and one birdie, finishing the tournament 12-over.
- Ariana Carvalho (+16/77/79/76) recorded four consecutive pars to begin her first round, Carvalho added a birdie and seven pars to her total through the remainder of the round. In her second round Carvalho tallied 10 pars and a birdie. Carvalho started quickly in the third round, totaling four pars and a birdie in consecutive order, adding seven pars and an additional birdie in the remainder of the round to finish the tournament 16-over.
- Maria Torres Lobato (+14/74/78/78) began her first round in fantastic fashion, totaling three birdies and three pars on the first six holes, over the next twelve holes Torres Lobato added two birdies and four pars. In round two Torres Lobato recorded two birdies eight pars. In the final round Torres Lobato opened with four consecutive pars, adding a birdie and six pars to her total before finishing the tournament 14-over.
- Sofia McGhie (+21/80/81/76) opened her tournament with two birdies and eight pars in her first round. In round two McGhie tallied three birdies and seven pars throughout the round. McGhie played her best golf of the tournament in the final round, playing flawlessly through the front nine with a birdie on the second, carrying over that momentum into the back nine McGhie added five pars to her total, finishing the tournament 21-over.
- Rosanna Halls (+23/82/84/73) shot a total of nine pars through her first round of play. In the second round Halls added a birdie and seven pars to her total. The third round of play is when Halls put together her best golf, opening the round with three consecutive pars, before finding her rhythm on hole seven where she began a streak of 11 straight par or better holes that included five birdies. Halls finished the tournament 23-over.

The Sharks will head to Miami Shores for the Buccaneer Invitational on March 9
