VALDOSTA, GA. – The #12 Nova Southeastern University Men's Golf team concluded play at the 2026 First Federal Southeastern Collegiate in ninth place (+1/365/359/375).
Elias Mardeni (-5) led the Sharks individually with a top-10 finish.

- Elias Mardeni (-5/69/69/73) was fantastic from the start of the round, shooting flawlessly through the front nine with a birdie on the seventh hole. On the back nine Mardeni added three birdies and five pars to his early total. In round two Mardeni improved on what was already a near perfect day, shooting bogey free through all 18 with three birdies. In his final round Mardeni began with a birdie and four pars in consecutive order, later adding two birdies and eight pars to his scorecard. Mardeni finished the tournament in ninth place at five-under.
- Bruno Marques (+1/71/71/75) found his rhythm almost immediately, working through the front nine with eight consecutive pars, after the turn Marques kept the momentum rolling with bogey free shooting, adding in a pair of birdies. Marques returned for the second round and collected two birdies and five pars on the front nine. Following the turn Marques recorded three consecutive birdies, later adding two pars and two birdies before the end of the round. Marques added three birdies and nine pars in his final round, finishing the tournament one-over.
- Ivan Ponsdomenech (+5/76/70/75) opened his tournament by totaling four pars on the front nine, starting on the eighth hole Ponsdomenech recorded 11 consecutive holes shooting par or better with a birdie on the seventeenth. That positive momentum was carried into the second round where Ponsdomenech recorded five pars and three birdies on the front nine. Nothing changed on the back nine as Ponsdomenech recorded a birdie on the tenth hole and a total of seven pars, with five of them coming in consecutive order before the end of the round. In the final round Ponsdomenech added two birdies and 11 pars, as he finished five-over.
- Lucas Albert (+9/73/79/73) had a fantastic opening to his first round, shooting flawlessly with a birdie through the front nine. Hitting the turn Albert added two birdies and three pars. In his second round Albert totaled three birdies and seven pars. Back for round three Albert regained his early stroke as he recorded a par or better on twelve consecutive holes, including two birdies, he added another birdie before finishing the round. Albert finished the tournament nine-over.
- Jorge Berea (+9/76/70/79) tallied four consecutive pars to begin his opening round, totaling nine additional pars throughout the remainder of the round. Berea put together a strong second round of play, recording 12 pars and four birdies in the round, including a stretch of 10 holes of par or better shooting. In his final round Berea added a birdie and 10 pars to his total, as he finished nine-over for the tournament.
