Box Score PENSACOLA, Fla. – After trailing 3-1,and then 4-2 against the West Alabama Tigers, the Nova Southeastern women's tennis team tied the match, but fell short by a score of 5-4 on Friday afternoon at the Ralph "Skeeter" Carson Tennis Complex in Pensacola, Fla.

HOW IT HAPPENED
DOUBLES:
- The Tigers jumped to a 2-0 lead after a default at No. 3 and a win at No. 1. The loss snapped Andrea Ivanovic and Daniela Obando's seven match unbeaten streak.
SINGLES
- The Sharks trailed 3-1 to start singles after another default at No. 6.
- Ivanovic would cut the lead at 3-2 with a 6-2, 6-0 win over Evelyn Moreno at No. 2.
- The Tigers would claim No. 5 and regain their two point lead, 4-2.
- Navas once again cut to lead to one, 4-3 following a 6-4, 6-3 victory against Katia De La Garza in the top-flight.
- Obando went on to take No. 3 for the Sharks over Georgina Salom, 6-3, 7-5 and tie the match 4-4.
- West Alabama would prevent the Sharks from completing the rally taking the match point at No. 4.
