LAKELAND, Fla. – With two top-10 finishes by Bruno Marques (6th/71/70/69) and Ivan Ponsdomenech (8th/74/69/69), Nova Southeastern University Men's Golf (-4/292/286/282) finished third in the Matlock Classic at the Lone Palm Golf Club on Tuesday afternoon. Nova Southeastern finished tied for second in birdies for the tournament with 57.

RESULTS
- Bruno Marques, starting his final round on the fourth hole, carried over a strong performance from day one into his final round. Marques began the morning with three birdies in his first seven holes. After back-to-back bogeys, Marques settled in by totaling six more pars and another pair of birdies, finishing the day at three-under and the tournament in sixth place.
- Ivan Ponsdomenech totaled four birdies in his third round, going bogey free after the seventh hole, including eight consecutive pars. Ponsdomenech completed the day three-under and the tournament in 8th place at four-under.
- Elias Mardeni totaled six birdies and six pars on the day, ending the third round even and ending the tournament in 24th place at three-over.
- Jorge Berea collected four birdies and ten pars, with four consecutive to end his third round, Berea completed play in day two shooting even and six-over for the tournament.
- Will McGhie tallied two birdies and eleven pars in his third round, finishing the day six-over and nine-over for the tournament
